the previous version of this that has circulated had compressed 256 kbps ac3 audio and i wanted to make one w/ uncompressed 1536 kbps wavs.  to accomplish this i had to re-encode the video to accomodate the higher bitrate of the audio. i used cce to re-encode the video to ensure maximum quality. the audio was re-sampled to 48khz w/ ssrc for dvd compliance.
