Sequences where the operator attempted this resulted in numerous bad frames, video noise and horizontal rolling. To prepare the raw master for reasonable viewing many bad frames were masked out but some minor video flaws remain - mostly some lines through the video briefly the rolling stabilized. In sections where the operator switched cameras quickly for "dramatic effect" freeze frames were to used to mask extended video problems of a second or so at a time. Overall it has made acceptably viewable now after the video fixes and with the addition of the soundboard audio. The first 45 seconds of the soundboard audio intro were not included on the video tape so color bars screen with titles were inserted. Audio transfer: Nakamichi Dragon > dbx 224 (dbx decoded) > Apple G4 (RME A-D, PEAK). Audio post processing in Pro Tools (+3.9 percent pitch correction) Video - NTSC 720x480 VBR 7.7 Mbps peak, 6.2 Mbps average data rate, 2-pass. Audio - choice of: Dolby Digital 2/0 (L,R), 48 kHz sample rate, 448 kbps data rate or: Linear PCM (2 channel 48kHz 16 bit).
