There were 2 sources: 
DVD VIDEO source from joerg, with all songs, but not best audio quality. Moreover, the menu was not precise (one track only)
Audio source (don't remember who seed it) with better quality for songs 2,3,7 and 8.

I take few time to make a good DVD-VIDEO, using the best of these both sources. Note that I let PCM sound to preserve as much as I can the original quality.


Audio source for 1,4,5,6 and 9: Analogue TV -> DVD -> HDD (PAL)
Audio source for 2,3,7 and 8: ADR > CD-RW > Feurio > CDR > CDEX > Flac Frontend > Flac (Note that this comes from ADR (Astra Digital Radio) which uses MPEG1 Layer 2/192 kbps.)
Video source: Analogue TV -> DVD -> HDD (PAL)

Then audio remix with Sequoia 7.22 (means resample from 44.1 > 48; resynchronisation and mix)

Then rebuild menu with TMPGEnc DVD Author.
