I have carefully researched this for official material and have found none. 

Pro-Shot video - from Nocturne Video "in-house" video (shown during the concert in the venue itself only). It's incomplete and there are a few video dropout spots but mostly this is excellent quality video and audio. Please check the screen grabs and audio sample to get an idea for yourself of the quality.

Audio post-capture processing in Pro Tools: Normalization, DC-offset removal plus some clicks, level changes and dropouts repaired. No noise reduction or equalization. Audio placed back into Final Cut Pro before Compressor down-sampling. 

Video: NTSC 720x480 VBR 7.7 Mbps peak, 6.2 Mbps average data rate, 2-pass.
There is a bit of head-switch jitter in the very bottom of the picture but it is in the overscan and is not noticeable when watched on a TV set, only when played on a computer.

Audio: Dolby Digital 2/0 (L,R), 48 kHz sample rate, 448 kbps data rate. Monophonic TV audio. 

Note: attendance was listed at 67,500 for this show. Various websites using the same data and formatting list Brisbane dates on the 25th and the 28th but not on the 29th. The camera is mostly on Michael but the rest of the musicians are:
