contains 2 pieces of old King Crimson footage (10-17-72 at the Beat Club in Bremem, Germany doing Lark's Tongue In Aspic (Part 1) (6min) and Live in NYC @ Central Park on 6-25-73 on a TV special w/ Black Oak Arkansas doing Lark's Tongue In Aspic, Easy Money, and some improv (14min)), this is mainly Bill Bruford hosting VH1 in 1987. a few guest appearances by Tony Levin, David Torn, alot of footage of Robert Fripp & The Leagure of Crafty Guitarist. then the "exteremely rare footage from japanese tv" is a load of bullshit, it's 26min of studio audio played while they show pictures of album covers and japanese words on the screen....

take note that the 2 pieces of old crimso footage are of lower quality thanthe copies i have on "The Robert Fripp Video Story"
