Everyting In Its Right Place SOURCE #1 - DSBD SOURCE #2 - pre-blended AUD's (Neumann KM140's > preAmp > R09) (Sony ECM 77's > DAT) ================== == Post 13 Info == ================== Most who know me well, know I'm not a big RH fan. It's not dislike in anyway, I really dig some songs, but a whole record...no. When I heard O's recent DSDB of this show, I really liked what I heard and wanted to hear more, plus I knew how awesome that Cure source was from a year before in the same venue. The mix, as usual, was spot-on and the performance seemed inspired. I'm no big fan, as I said, but to me there was something special about this show. I can honestly say that hearing the show in it's entirety, twice now, is the most Radiohead I've ever listened to in the span of my life vs. their existence. And I really enjoy it. But I found the DSBD to be rather harsh to listen to on its own, and sought out the AUD to see if it could make a difference, add something warm to it...and it did. Something warm indeed, plus the ambience of the venue and the crowd for the applause and quieter passages. I think it's real sweet like this, the best of three sources to make one complete and full-fleshed representation of the show.
