GOTTA STOP (MESSIN' ABOUT) 6. TICK, TICK, BANG 7. TURN IT UP 8. D.M.S.R. 9. DELIRIOUS 10. SOMETHING IN THE WATER (DOES NOT COMPUTE) DISC 2 1. EROTIC CITY 2. COMPUTER BLUE - DARLING NIKKI 3. DARLING NIKKI 4. MISS UNDERSTOOD 5. SUZIE LOVELACE 6. GET ON UP 7. U GOTTA SHAKE SOMETHING An excellent release of outtakes and alternate versions from 1977 - 1986. The quality throughout is very impressive and certainly nothing less than excellent. The only dips occur during 'Computer Blue / Darling Nikki' and even then the quality is vastly better than most other versions circulating. 'Computer Blue' is an edit and segues into 'Darling Nikki'. The second version of 'Darling Nikki' which appears is the "live" rehearsal version. This release also includes 2 non-Prince vocal tracks. The first is The Family's outtake 'Miss Understood' with Susannah's vocals, and the other being the bizarre and so-bad-it's-good 'Suzie Lovelace' reportedly sung by Mazarati's Terry Casey. Completely unrelated to Prince, very amateur and cheap sounding, but a fabulous addition. Overall this is a nice selection of tracks presented in very high quality and accompanies the rest of the Studio Nights releases.
