Original lineup was: Knott, Doidge, Carter & Cummings. In digging
further I talked with someone at this show and they said it was Knott, Andy Prickett
on guitar, Eric Campuzano on bass, and to the best they could remember perhaps 
Frank Lenz on drums. So, the intro just announces Michael Knott, and that is
exactly all I am sure of, but this is an awesome recording, so enjoy!
