As of this date, one of the locations of the Shakti DVD is now known. 
The outdoor daytime portion is from Palavas- les-Flots , France, 
from 1976-07-19. 

This 50 minute DVD was divided somewhat randomly into chapters, 
surrounding specific conversations and the beginning of live music. 
For those who just wanted to hear the show this has improved audio!
