Just a few things to note:
This was the last of 4 concerts Elvis performed for the Sydney Festival, one with The Brodsky Quartet, one with Steve Nieve, and two with The SSO.
His voice was a little strained and I think he has cancelled his trip to Japan because of this.
Elvis has no involvement in Il Sogno (apart from writing it), it's just the SSO.
My apologies for the people in the audience who felt it necessary to applaud every time there was a moments silence in the orchestral performance.
When Elvis first performed in Sydney in 1978 there was a mini riot in the theatre (he refers to this during the set).
