Don't Get Bent Out Of Shape is a demo from 1992. It was self distributed on cassette via Beck. 
This is a new verison which is different from the previous version which circulates (mainly as mp3).
This is a clean transfer from an original tape. The following is my summary of the difference 
between the 2 versions.

Version 2: (Chonk's Version)
This is the version most people are familiar with before January 2006. Song names in asteriks 
represent names which were guessed, since Beck did not provide a track listing for this demo. 
Most people only have this version in mp3 format because that is the way that Chonk uploaded 
it to the old Beck BBS. He bought the tape from a guy in LA and immediately shared it on the BBS.

Version 3: (Aiptasia's Version)
This new version was purchased by Aiptasia from eBay for a hefty sum of money. He transferred it to 
WAV and sent it to breathmint for splitting and tagging. This verison is drastically different, with a new track
listing consisting of new verisons of songs from other demos (including the demo "We Like Folk..Who
Cares..Destroy Us" which as of the date of this writing is uncirculated) alternate takes of some common
known songs and different takes of songs from Chonk's Version. As of yet it is unknown why and how there
are 2 versions of this demo, but it is known with a reasonable amount of certainty that they are both
real since they have the same artwork, both have original content (i.e. music which appears nowhere
else), and both contain the same type of handwritten labels.
